Telephones at camp are for office use only. they are not for calls to or from campers or for parents about the general well-being of their camper.
Campers may NOT be visited during camper sessions. Call the office in advance to schedule a suitable time to visit the camp for other purposes.
Problem Camper Policy
All campers are expected to arrive and depart on the session starting and ending dates and to participate fully in camp activities. When a camper refuses to participate, or is significantly disruptive to other campers and the Mt. Hope program (tobacco, drugs, behaviour, language, picking on others, etc..)
the issue will be discussed with the disruptive camper and then his/her parent or guardian. such behaviour is unfair to those who come to camp to get away from these things. If the problem is not resolved quickly, arrangements will be made to have the camper return home. such camper may be removed from our mailing list.
Mt. Hope Bible Camp may use photographs and videos taken during camp for print, video and/or web applications. Your registration constitutes permission for Mt. Hope Bible Camp to use any images for those purposes. If you do not want your camper’s image used, we require a written request to be submitted to Mt. Hope Bible Camp to keep on file.
